A03-KB103 Computer-aided Diagnosis of Interstitial Lung Disease on Ultra-high-resolution CT Imaging Parallel to the Chest Wall with Artificial Intelligence

Some type of diffuse interstitial lung diseases (ILDs) show distribution immediately beneath chest wall. Then, the primary investigator developed curved MPR image parallel to the chest wall reconstructed from three dimensional high-resolution CT data scanned by fast multi-detector CT (3D-cHRCT). The 3D-cHRCT enables to diagnose ILDs on 3D-CT images. We have demonstrated that the 3D-cHRCT is useful to follow up of ILDs. In this study, we clinical apply ultra-high-resolution CT for the 3D-cHRCT, and aim to establish new diagnostic radiology of ILDs for 2 years. We focus especially on following 2 points.

  1. Classification of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia
  2. Differential diagnosis of ILDs using artificial intelligence
