The aims of this study are the development of mathematical analysis methods in micro CT for cardiac fiber orientation and diversity, and the validation of this method by comparing with histological analysis. The quantitative change of cardiac fiber orientation and diversity in the normal and heart failure model will apply to large scale numerical cardiac simulation model “ UT-Heart simulator” , which will clarify the mechanism of cardiac remodeling.
